December

Monday Update

Posted by bernell on December 22, 2014

Just a few updates of things happening here...some of this should have been on the Friday Report (and I plan to go ahead and update the Friday Report with this info), but it came in late.

Goodrich T. Lewis 7-38H-1 TD at 18,540 foot after a 35 day drill.  That should provide for a 6,000+ foot lateral.

Lawson 25-13H-1 is running intermediate at around 11,600 foot.

McIntosh 15H-1 is reported on another site as having been spud...no official report on it, yet.

Goodrich Petroleum currently has 4 rigs in the play, but the Ensign Rig # 753 will be leaving the play shortly after production casing is installed on the T. Lewis 7-38H-1.  This rig and its crew have had a notable career here in the TMS.

Reportedly, Goodrich will likely drop back to 2 rigs early in 2015 while staying prepared for an acceleration back to 3 or more, depending upon oil prices.

What do you think about it?
