TMS PRE-PRODUCTION UPDATE 08-08-2014

Wilkinson County:

Halcón Blackstone 4H-2, located roughly halfway between Centreville and Woodville on the south side of Hwy 24. Flow back has started on what is said to be a successful 10 of 22 stage well. No production numbers, as yet.

Halcón Fassman 9H-1, truck access road is located off Hwy 61 onto Sam Leake Road, then to Whetstone. Drilling complete with a reported 6,030' lateral. Rig moved to Shuckrow. Awaiting fracturing operations...likely to take place in mid to late August.

Halcón Shuckrow 10H-1, located on Sam Leake Road about 5 miles east of Hwy 61, H&P Rig # 623 spudded on July 31.

Halcón S D Smith 1H, located on the Jackson Louisiana Road south of Woodville. H&P Flex 3 Rig# 249 completed a 7,556' lateral in an adjusted drill time of 33 days. A pilot hole was drilled and well logging operations occurred during the rig time on site. Fracturing operations likely to begin in early September.

Halcón George Martens 1H, located beside the west side of the south lane of Hwy 61 south of Woodville a couple of miles. H&P Flex 3 Rig #249 on site to drill a planned 7,000' lateral...spudding shortly, if not already.

Goodrich CMR Foster Creek 24-13, access from Hwy 24 on Hiram McGraw Road to Macedonia Road, then to end of Helmer Road. Nabors Rig # 624 spudded May 30. Rumored fishing issues have slowed progress...Expect this rig to move to the CMR-Foster Creek 8H site when finished.

Goodrich CMR/Foster Creek 31-22H-1, access from Hiram McGraw Road off of Hwy 24. Nabors X-17, Spudded July 8. Drilling away.

Sanchez Dry Fork Creek # 2H, RAPAD Rig # 31 spudded May 21, 2014. Drilling completed to 18,200', then, according to Sanchez news release, "...During clean out prior to running production casing, the drill string parted due to defects in the drill pipe. We are now in the process of sidetracking the lateral portion of the well..." St. Davis #1 site located on Kahnville Road south of Gloster, MS awaiting Rig # 31 arrival...expected next week.

EnCana Pintard 28H-2, located roughly 3 miles north of Centreville off Macedonia Road- Trinidad Rig # 124 finished drill with 20,807' total depth and an approximate lateral length of 8,500'....Rig moved to Ash 13 in Amite County.  Fracturing now.

Comstock CMR Foster Creek 28-40 No. 1H, located on Will Floyd Road. Access appears to be south off of Hwy 563 on to Dry Fork Creek Road, then on to Will Floyd Road. Trinidad Rig # 103 is setting up.  Expect drilling to begin next week.

Amite County:

Sanchez St. Davis #1, accessed from Hwy 24 in Gloster, located down Kahnville Road about 6 miles southeast of Gloster. Expect RAPAD Rig # 31 to begin locating to this site next week.

Encana Ash 13H-1 and 13H-2, Located on the east side of Ash Road, accessed via Lower Centreville Road about 3 miles southeast of Centreville. Trinidad Rig # 124 spudded July 21. Both -1 and -2 cemented in surface casing. -1 intermediate completed.  -2 intermediate to begin soon.

Encana Lewis 7-18H-1, located about 1 mile north of the Lower Centreville Road off of the County Farm Road roughly 7 miles south of Liberty. Twenty-nine successful fractures, 8,000' lateral.  Peak early production announced by Goodrich Petroleum (a minority owner in the well) was 1,400 barrels of oil per day and total BOE of 1,500 barrels of oil per day.

Encana Lyons 35H-2- Located on same site as Lyons 35H-1, Fracturing operations complete on an estimated 5,000 foot lateral. Awaiting plug drill-out.

Encana Sabine 12H-1 and 12H-2, located off of Enterprise Road, south of Hwy 24 about 3 miles out of Liberty, access is from Hwy 48. Trinidad Rig # 125 spudded 12H-1 on June 20 and 12H-2 on June 23. Core sample operations have consumed most of the past three weeks.  It appears drilling may have began again.

EnCana Mathis 29-32H-1, Located on the Louisiana line due south of the Anderson 17H unit, just off of Bean Road in T1N, R5E.  Goodrich reported on August 4 (reversionary interest in future wells) a peak production of 1,200 barrels of oil per day and a total BOE per day of 1,300.

Goodrich Spears 31-6H-1, Located on the recently completed C H Lewis site pad on the west side of Bates School Road north of Gillsburg. Ensign Rig #753, spudded July 22.  Word is the intermediate is completed.  Should begin drilling curve across the weekend.

Goodrich Bates 25-24H-1, located roughly 2 miles northeast of Liberty off of Hwy 569 North. No word on lateral length, but expecting 5,000' or more. Frac operations should follow completion of the Denkmann.

Goodrich Denkmann 33-28H-2, located in Amite County on the Mississippi/Louisiana line in T1N, R4E. Accessed from the Louisiana side through Weyerhaeuser roads off of Tolar Hurst/Parish Road 181 off of Hwy 1044 north of Hwy 38. Halliburton doing a frac job now.

St. Tammany: Permit pending

Washington Parish: Permits pending, site preparation underway.

Tangipahoa: Two pads ready and permitted.  More on the way!

St. Helena Parish: Pad being prepared, I'm told...permit pending.

East Feliciana: Permits pending

West Feliciana:

Goodrich SLC 81H-1- Ensign Rig #751. Located off of Walker Road via LA Hwy 421 north of and about 12 miles from Jackson, LA. Goodrich Petroleum reported August 4 a roughly 860 barrel of oil per day peak production and a 900 BOE per day production.

Halcon Walker drill, previously scheduled, has been delayed.

The reports this week from Comstock, Goodrich and Sanchez were all positive on the future of the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale!
