KEW Drilling to Sell Holdings
KEW Drilling of Dallas, Texas has offered its mineral lease holdings in Amite County, Mississippi for sale.
According to company president, Kathryn Francis, "We're testing the waters."
With 34,000 net acres located in and around Township 3 North, Range 4 East in Amite County, Mississippi, the company appears to be well situated to take advantage of positive well results from the Goodrich Bates 25-24H-1 well scheduled for fracturing operations next week and also located in T3N, R4E and the EnCana Sabine 12H-1 and -2 wells currently being drilled on the southern edge of KEW holdings.
Reports indicate 3+ years remain on these lease holdings generally located north of and around Liberty, Mississippi.
Tudor, Pickering, Holt and Co., an energy investment company, has been retained to market these properties.
