MSOGB July Docket Finalized - 7/22/14
The final July docket of the Mississippi Oil & Gas Board with decisions was posted online today.
It appears The battle continues between EnCana and Sanchez to be the operator of the unit in Sections 4, 11, 12, 18, and 19 of T2S, R2E.
This unit shall be called Boudreaux 12H or Damascus...grab a glass of iced tea while we wait this one out.
Meanwhile, there were more "continues" decisions than I have seen and no decision has been reached on the overlapping unit applications whereby Sanchez and Encana both have applied for permits to drill wells in units including sections 13, 14, 17, and 18 of T2N, R2E, but the Sanchez Beaver includes section 27 and the Encana Black Stone 14H includes sections. 2 and 3.
