And then there were 6...Operating Companies in the TMS
Okay, the 6th Operating Company to enter the TMS Play is a privately owned drilling company headquartered out of Corpus Christi, Texas.
I was going to wait to mention this tidbit tomorrow in my Friday Report, but the word is out.
Apparently, the company has already begun the process of permitting wells in Pike County, Mississippi. I missed it in the legals earlier this week, so when I eventually get home I’ll look for it and add the names/locations to the bottom of this post.
Oh? The name of the company? VirTex Operating Company, Inc. Here is the company webpage:

It would appear the company plans to begin drilling in early 2015.
