Williams 46H-1
I have had several inquiries about the Goodrich Williams 46H-1 Well east of Kentwood.
Folks in the area noted a lack of noise and wondered what was going on...I inquired and didn't learn much...
If only I could read.
Here is the Well Info site link on the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources Sonris site.

And here is what I copied from that site of relevance:

I’m not very good on these abbreviations, so maybe someone else can interpret.
It would appear they got stuck at a depth of 610 foot and then when attempting to pull out they only got part of the pipe and part of the “bottom hole assembly” or BHA out…this is my interpretation of the 9/15 report.
From the 9/23 report all I got was that they were unsuccessful in getting out the rest of the stuck bottom hole assembly/drilling pipe.
Rumor is they will need to move over and restart the drill…I’m assuming they will cement in the other hole.
This isn't an ideal beginning to drilling the Williams well, but to paraphrase Forrest Gump, Stuff Happens.
Again, anyone with more info, feel free to share.
