TMS PRE-PRODUCTION UPDATE 8-14-2015

This is my best available information on wells either before production or in the early stages of production and for which little, if any, production information is available…listed by county/parish, west to east then north to south.

Wilkinson County:

Halcon Creek Cottage West 1H, H&P Flex 3 Rig #249 completed drilling. Creek Cottage is located on Whitestown Road a couple of miles south of Hwy 24. Ready to Fracture.

Halcon Rogers 1H, accessed from Hwy 24 west of Centreville about 5 miles. Drilling operations are complete. Fracturing operations are completed and the well is flowing back with early reports of around a 900 BOE.

Sanchez Macedonia – Current plans call for 2-4 wells to be drilled here in the 4th quarter of 2015 or the 1st quarter of 2016.This site is accessed from the north off of Hwy 563, then down Macedonia Road about 10 miles to site on west side of Macedonia Road. Sanchez announced during its 2nd quarter report that drilling operations in the TMS won't return until prices return.

Sanchez Bloomer # 2H – The Bloomer is located on the south side of Hwy 24, 18 miles west of the Hwy 24/61 crossing in Woodville and is near Ft. Adams on what some are referring to as the Rosenblatt site. Trinidad Rig #125 spud on March 7.  Sanchez Energy announced in its second quarter report that this well was expected to be producing "in the 3rd quarter." What appears to be a coil tubing rig was recently seen operating on the site.

Amite County:

Goodrich T. Lewis 7-38H-1 located from the same access road as the EnCana Lewis 7-18H-1 off of County Farm Road a mile or so north of the Lower Centreville Road, accessed off of the Greensburg Road, located about 6 miles south of Liberty. Twenty stages fracked and the well should be flowing back soon.

Pike County: Several permits for drilling in Township 1 North of the western and central portion of the county have been approved, mostly by Virtex.

St. Helena Parish:

Comstock Meeks 56 HZ-1, located on Martin Lane north of Hwy 38 off of Hwy 441, just south of the Mississippi line and Encana Lawson 25H-1. Pad is finished. Plans to drill are on hold.

Paloma Resources LLC Denkmann 9-3H-1 and Denkmann 9-16H-1 wells in T1S, R6E, have also been approved for drilling. The units are located roughly 4 miles east of the Comstock Meeks 56HZ unit, two miles south of the Amite County/Mississippi line, and 4 miles west of Hwy 1053 near the western edge of Tangipahoa Parish.

St. Tammany:

Experimental preliminary vertical well by Helis Oil and Gas, the EADS POITEVENT ETAL #1, has been permitted, but faces other legal challenges to full authority to drill.

Tangipahoa:

Halcon Franklin PST Prop H-1, H&P rig # 623 spud November 1. Access to this site is from downtown Osyka, Mississippi on South Railroad. Drilling complete, production casing in place to 17,957 foot. Awaiting fracturing.

Goodrich Kinchen 58H-1, accessed from Hwy 1053 about 1 mile north of Kentwood off of Hwy 51. H&P Flex Rig 3 # 249 spud on December 6. Completed drilling to a depth of 18,365 foot. Kinchen 20 stage frack was reported on August 5 to be in the early stages of flow back.

Goodrich B Nez 43H -1 and -2, are located in two different units, Little Silver Creek Field, Sand Unit D is the unit for the B-Nez 43H-1 well and Little Silver Creek, Sand Unit N is the unit where the B-Nez 43H-2 will be drilled. The drilling site is located on the south side of Hwy 38 east of Kentwood about 8 miles and nearly to the Washington Parish line. The nose of the 43H-1 unit tilts northeasterly into Washington Parish.

43H-1 was spud by Nabors X-17 on 12/17. Fracking completed on a 21 stage, 6500' lateral well.

43H-2 spud 1/3/2015. Production casing set to 18,315 foot for a reported 20 stage 5,900' lateral.

Goodrich reported an average daily production of 875 BOE with 99% oil on these two wells as of August 5.  Comments during the audio presentation indicated a tight choke and an expectation the wells would be good ones despite these modest early numbers.

Washington Parish:

Goodrich Painter Etal 5H-1: Nabors Rig #624 spud January 11. Pad located on the east side of Louisiana Highway 450 about 4 miles south of Louisiana Hwy 38. Drilling completed to 17,223 foot. I now expect fracking to be delayed a little while on this well and the W. Alford well below due to the new lows in oil prices of recent days.

Goodrich W Alford 10H-1: Officially the Little Silver Creek Sand Unit F, this site is located off Hwy 1056 in the Mt. Hermon community in northwest Washington Parish. Nabors Rig #624 spud February 23, 2014.  Drilled to a depth of 17,105 foot, I currently expect fracking on this well to be delayed a while due to recent drop in the price of oil.

East Feliciana: Permits in process

West Feliciana:

Halcon Walker-permitted, with no drilling plans at this time.
